Ron Cerda began working for an electrical contractor in 1977. After two years he took a job With Eddie Carrillo, Inc., a highly regarded plastering firm. He worked with some of the most talented, old world craftsman, and developed his talent and love for custom finishes. He remained employed there for 17 years.
In 1987, he received his plastering contracting license. He launched his own business in 1994 called Cerda-fied Lath & Plaster Inc. He has worked with some of the top designers, architects, and General Contractors in the Los Angeles area. Wishing to expand his services, he received his General Contractors license as well.
With new services, came a new name, Dream Renovations, Inc. Ron began custom remodels, featuring one of a kind art pieces. His custom mantels, fireplaces, stove hoods, skylights and domes, grace homes from Beverly Hills to Malibu. Some have been featured in Architectural magazines.
With 33 years experience in the construction industry, he understands what his customer needs, and he can deliver. A living space can be much more than just a room. Ron has lived in Culver City and Tarzana with his wife Lisa of 34 years, and their two daughters, Faith and Rachael.
